For New Users Without Current Diet Plan

  • Start with the Calorie Calculator:
    • Navigate to the main screen and select Calorie Calculator
    • Fill in the required information to get your initial calorie and macronutrient recommendations
  • Follow the recommendations for 2 weeks:
    • Implement the suggested calorie and macro intake in your daily diet
    • Monitor your body stats (e.g., weight) and biofeedback (e.g., energy levels) using your P2 App

  • After 2 weeks, proceed to AI Nutrition Coach Check-in:
    • Return to the main screen and select AI Nutrition Coach Check-in
    • Complete the form with your collected stats/data
    • Receive personalized recommendations from your AI Nutrition Coach based on your progress

For Users with Established Calories/Macros

  • Go directly to AI Nutrition Coach Check-in
    • From the main screen, select AI Nutrition Coach Check-in
    • Fill out the form with your current information and goals
    • Get personalized recommendations tailored to your specific needs

Ongoing Use

  • Complete the AI Nutrition Coach Check-in once per week for optimal results
  • Use the suggestions and information provided by your AI Nutrition Coach to guide your nutrition strategy

  • For any questions or clarifications about your nutrition strategy:
    • Use the P2 Chatbot in the Portal
    • Describe your issue in detail or copy/paste from your email for the most accurate assistance
