Following this program means you’re training directly alongside IFBB Pro Meg D’Ginto, replicating the same routines and techniques she uses during her offseason and through prep!
Duration
Each program in this series is structured to run for 4 weeks, with an additional fifth week dedicated to deloading and managing fatigue — this setup is crafted to optimize muscle growth, recovery, and long-term progression.
With a carefully planned schedule, you’ll be able to track your improvements over each 5-week cycle.
