Before you begin, let’s start with a quick mindset restart. Macro tracking should not be seen as a diet. It is not a temporary fix to anything. Instead, view it like you’re taking a nutrition class. It’s a chance to learn about food. A way to get a better understanding of what you’re putting in your body so that you can eventually stop tracking and use what you’ve learned to maintain what you’ve achieved.

If you’re a first time tracker, you’re in the right place. This is your how-to guide.

If you’ve been tracking for awhile, this is your one-stop shop. It’s what you already know all in one place. (And hopefully you’ll find some helpful new tidbits as well.)
