Establishing a baseline for your current eating habits

First, we’re just going to focus on finding out what your diet is missing. The first week is an exploration week. You will be tracking your intakes without judgment. You’re just collecting data without deeming it “good” or “bad” so that you can figure out what needs to change and what you can keep exactly the same.
