After using the filters to find a program or workout that fits your needs, use the “Assign” button to port it into your app!

You can change your program at any time!

  1. When logged in, use the filters to find programs that are relevant to your needs. 
  2. Open your desired Program. 
  3. Click the “Assign Program” button.

Your new program will now be visible in your app, taking the place of the old one.

Programs are full training splits with 4-week progressions. They are built in a way that takes advantage of structure and consistency to maximize results. 

Workouts are single sessions that are meant to be utilized more liberally. They can be used independently OR in conjunction with Programs (what we recommend).

*Note: Adding Workouts will NOT boot anything from your app, but assigning a new Program will.

  1. On mobile, navigate to the Primary Dashboard
  2. Tap on the “Share” icon at the bottom toolbar
  3. Click “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Rename the bookmark “P2OD Portal”

Bonus points for creating a P2OD folder with The App and The Portal!

  1. In The App, select the “Calendar” view.
  2. Long-press and hold the days you would like to change.
  3. Drag them to the desired days.

You can also login to The App on a desktop to more easily bulk edit your program.

Because our Programs are built in advance, there is a good chance you will need to modify some of the exercises. To do this:

  1. Click the 3-dots to the right of the exercise you want to change.
  2. Tap “Substitute” when it pops up at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Use the search bar to find the variation you want to perform.
  4. Once you find it, click the exercise title.
  5. Tap “Substitute” in the top-right corner to add it to the workout.  

*Note: We recommend substitutions be as close to the original exercise as possible (in mechanics, primary muscle groups, intent, etc) to preserve the integrity of the Program.
Try using the Chatbot for assistance!

  1. In The App, select the “Calendar” view.
  2. Swipe left on the workout you wish to discard, and a trash can icon will appear.
  3. After pressing the icon, the session will be deleted.

*Note: This action cannot be undone.

Programs in P2OD are built and progressed for 4 weeks blocks. Should you want to run a program longer, all you need to do is sign-in to your Portal and assign the same program again when you’re ready to start week one of the next phase!

Using the educational resources within OnDemand and your past training data in The App, you can progress using the same Program for much longer than 4 weeks!

*Note: We recommend using some kind of fatigue reduction strategy after completing a program, even if you intend to continue it.

  1. Tap the blue PLUS sign in the bottom-right corner of The App.
  2. Select “Build WOD” and choose between Regular, Circuit, or Interval sessions.
  3. Select “Insert Exercise” and a dropdown menu will appear from which you can easily select movements from! 
  • For new users:
    • Start with the Calorie Calculator to get initial recommendations.
    • Follow the plan for 2 weeks.
    • Use the AI Nutrition Coach Check-in to receive personalized adjustments.
  • For users with established plans:
    • Go directly to the AI Nutrition Coach Check-in.
    • Input your current information and goals.
  • For ongoing use:
    • Complete weekly check-ins for optimal results.
    • Use the AI’s suggestions to guide your nutrition strategy.
  1. Create your program:
    • Select the AI Program Generator from the main page.
    • Provide detailed information about your goals and needs.
    • Review the customized program created for you.
  2. Regular check-ins:
    • Use the AI Programming Check-in feature weekly.
    • Provide detailed feedback on your progress, challenges, and any changes in circumstances.
    • Implement the AI’s recommendations for program progression.
  3. For best results:
    • Be consistent and detailed with your check-ins.
    • Provide honest feedback to optimize your training plan.
  • Generate a workout:
    • Select your focus, muscle group, duration, and available equipment.
    • Adjust the difficulty level as needed.
    • Click “Generate Workout” to receive your customized routine.
  • Use your workout:
    • View the workout on the screen or download it as a text file.
    • Add it as a Workout of the Day (WOD) in your P2 App or track it using your preferred method.
  • Get assistance:
    • Use the P2 Chatbot for immediate help with your generated workout.
    • For complex queries, reach out through the P2 OnDemand Discord channel or book a consultation call.
  • 1. Prepare your files

    • Ensure the file you’re uploading is in an acceptable format (.doc, .xls, .pdf, .jpg, .png)
    • Make sure the content of the file is in one of these categories: training/cardio program, nutrition/diet plan, supplement protocol, or bloodwork lab results

    2. Filling out the form

    • Upload your file (must be <128 mb)
    • Specify the type of file and the content you want analyzed
    • State your primary and secondary goals you’re looking to achieve from the analysis
    • Be very detailed if you have specific concerns/issues that would inform or provide context to the analysis.

    3. Best Practices

    • Provide as much information as possible. The more detail, the better the AI can assist. 
    • Ensure the file is fully legible and not corrupted. (.pdf files work the best.)
    • Use the “Goals” fields to point the AI in the right direction and get actionable advice.

    4. Next Steps

    • After submission, you will receive an email within a few minutes with a detailed analysis. 
    • If you need additional clarity, feel free to copy/paste the analysis into the P2 Support Bot chat window. You’ll be able to ask more specific questions and get more actionable steps.  
    • For more complex questions, reach out to the team through the P2 OnDemand Discord channel or book a consultation call through your Portal!

To use the AI Form Analysis feature:

  1. Input the name of the exercise you want reviewed into the provided field.
  2. Upload a video of the exercise, ensuring that it’s 15-20 seconds long and includes the relevant portion you want reviewed. For best results, try to keep the file size manageable, as large files may cause delays.
  3. Once you’ve uploaded your video, click the “Analyze Exercise” button.
  4. Wait 20-30 seconds for the AI to process and analyze the video. Be sure you’re connected to a good Wi-Fi connection to avoid timeouts or issues during the upload.

After the analysis, feedback will be displayed below the upload area, helping you adjust your form as needed.

The P2 Support Bot is an AI-powered assistant designed to help P2 OnDemand users navigate the portal, find information, and get answers to their questions instantly.

It was trained on all P2 OnDemand content and documentation, allowing the bot to converse with you as a coach, tech support, admin, and even friend – all rolled into one!

  1. Click on the white bubble icon at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. A chat window will open.
  3. Type in your question or the topic you need help with.
  4. The bot will provide you with the most relevant information to your query or point you in the right direction.
