The Portal

After using the filters to find a program or workout that fits your needs, use the “Assign” button to port it into your app!

You can change your program at any time!

When logged in, use the filters to select a new program, then click the “Assign Program” button. Your new program will now be visible in your app, taking the place of the old one.

Programs are full training splits with 4-week progressions. They are built in a way that takes advantage of structure and consistency to maximize results. 

Workouts are single sessions that are meant to be utilized more liberally. They can be used independently OR in conjunction with Programs (what we recommend).

Note: Adding Workouts will NOT boot anything from your app, but assigning a new Program will.

The App

In The App, select the “Calendar” view.

Long-press and hold the days you would like to change, and drag them to the desired days. You can also login to The App on a desktop to more easily bulk edit your program.

Because our Programs are built in advance, there is a good chance you will need to modify some of the exercises. 

To do this, click the 3-dots to the right of the exercise you want to change then tap “Substitute” when it pops up at the bottom of your screen. Use the search bar to find the variation you want to perform. Once you find it, click the exercise title then tap “Substitute” in the top-right corner to add it to the workout.  

Note: We recommend substitutions be as close to the original exercise as possible (in mechanics, primary muscle groups, intent, etc) to preserve the integrity of the Program.

In The App, select the “Calendar” view. Swipe left on the workout you wish to discard, and a trash can icon will appear. After pressing the icon, the session will be deleted.

Note: This action cannot be undone.

Programs in P2OD are built and progressed for 4 weeks blocks. Should you want to run a program longer, all you need to do is sign-in to your Portal and assign the same program again when you’re ready to start week one of the next phase!

Using the educational resources within OnDemand and your past training data in The App, you can progress using the same Program for much longer than 4 weeks!

Tap the blue PLUS sign in the bottom-right corner of The App. Select “Build WOD” and choose between Regular, Circuit, or Interval sessions. Then select “Insert Exercise” and a dropdown menu will appear from which you can easily select movements from! 


How do I join?

Joining is easy! Simply Click Here to be taken to our affiliate application and submit your information.

What types of courses are available on P2 OnDemand?

Our course library includes a variety of topics ranging from fundamental training principles to specialized athletic techniques. Courses are structured to cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced, ensuring that every member can progress at their own pace.

The learning materials feature a mix of multimedia, including video and audio lectures, interactive slideshows, downloadable text, and periodic quizzes to reinforce learning and gauge your progress.

As a member of P2 OnDemand, many of our courses are available for FREE with your subscription.

Some of the more specialized and advanced courses are paid; however, you can get access at a significantly discounted rate compared to non-members.

Once you are logged into your P2 OnDemand account, you can access the course library directly from your dashboard. Here, you can browse, enroll in courses, and start learning immediately on any device.

Absolutely! Our courses are designed with your convenience in mind. You can start, pause, and resume any course based on your own schedule, allowing you to learn whenever and wherever you choose.

We recommend that all new members begin with our flagship course, Training 101. This course provides a thorough introduction to our training philosophy at P2 and lays the groundwork for more advanced topics.

Your course progress is automatically saved in your P2 OnDemand account. You can easily view your progress on your course dashboard, which will display the percentage of the course completed and what sections are left to explore.

And when you finish a course, you can revisit and repeat it as many times as you want, at no additional cost. This allows you to truly understand the material at your own pace and comfort level.
