The Portal

After using the filters to find a program that fits your needs, use the Assign Program button to port the selected program into your app space.

You can change your program at any time. To do this, log in to The Portal and, using the filters, select another program and click the Assign Program button.

The App

In The App, select the calendar view. Then, long-press and hold the days you would like to move and move them to the desired days. You can also login to your App space on a desktop and bulk edit the program more easily.

In The App, select the calendar view. Then swipe left and a trash can will appear. After pressing the trash icon, the session will be deleted. This cannot be undone

Currently, each of the programs are built and progressed for a total of 4 weeks! Should you want to run a program longer than 4 weeks, all you need to do is sign in to your Portal (p2od.progressiveperformancep2.com) and assign the same program again! Using Training Explained and the data that the app has stored for you, you can progress from the previous week seamlessly!

Find the blue plus-sign in the bottom corner of your open app. Press the button and select “Build WOD” and choose between Regular, Circuit, or Interval then select “Insert Exercise” and a dropdown menu will populate for you to select movements from! EASY!
