Questions to answer to reflect on the week:

Were you able to track daily/follow your new MASTER plan?

  • If no, what got in the way? Be specific here!
    • Willpower?
    • No meal prep?
    • Don’t like your planned meals?
  • If no, what needs to happen in order for you to feel more capable of eating what’s in your MASTER plan daily for a little bit?

Are you still weighing your foods out?

Are you making sure to not eat anything outside of your MASTER plan?

  • This includes snacking or tasting while you’re cooking, or eating the leftovers from your kid’s meals or friend’s plates. Everything you eat needs to be accounted for. Don’t label what you’re doing as good or bad, but if you’re eating it, track it. Then reflect on it.

Were there any specific cases you ate off plan this week, or estimated portion sizes?

  • Do you feel you handled these situations well?
  • Did you get right back to the MASTER plan when you were able to?
  • Are you able to use these situations as learning opportunities so you’re better prepared in the future?

Are you prepared to move to week 6, where you will need to follow your MASTER plan 100% and finish your metabolism reset?

  • If yes, let’s finish strong.
  • If you do not feel prepared, what would help?
    • More food ideas?
    • Food preparation help?
    • Someone creating a meal plan for you?
    • A few more weeks just hitting your macro (pro, carb, fat) goals before you also hit your micro goals?
