Getting Started

  • Make sure to sync your smart devices and MyFitnessPal to streamline all your data to one clean interface!
  • Customize your profile with a profile picture!
  • Upload check-in pictures (these can be the same ones you’ve sent to your coach)
  • Begin to familiarize yourself with our Training Methodology with Training 101

Best Practices and Quick References

Exercise Technique Review:

  • Drop videos in same folder each week – The same folder we used for the gym layout (it will also be in the weekly check-in message)
  • Only 1 video per movement requested
  • Crop for viewing ease: The video should start immediately with rep 1 and end with the final rep
  • Right-click and rename the movement with the name and tempo (RDLs 3000)
  • The framing should allow for a comprehensive view
    • Far enough away
    • Shot a an oblique/diagonal angle (not directly behind)

Custom Program Building:

  • The first week or two of each block will be a slight troubleshooting week
    • This is where we will make sure that the movement selection and design is optimal for you so please ask all questions and pose any concerns so we can make sure we’re on the same page
  • Make sure you’re at least familiar with Progressive Overload and Intensity notation (RIR and RPE) – Can be found here in Training 101

Check-Ins and Communication:

  • Make note of the auto-message each week and follow the instructions within
  • If you have questions throughout the week, drop them in the ongoing chat or in the workout they are associated with
