Write in your journal how you’re going to improve on things for week 2. Make these concrete and attainable goals.

  • For example:
    • What: Drink 100 oz of water versus only 60oz
    • How: Fill up water bottle before bed and drink it before getting out of bed the next day
    • What: Sleep for 7 hours versus 6
    • How: Start bedtime routine 1 hour earlier
