Think of an infant or a toddler. Their bodies tell them when they’re hungry, and when they’re full. That’s what we want to get back to. Having a healthy relationship with food and a positive relationship with your body starts with knowing you can trust your intuition. Trusting your intuition around food often starts with more knowledge about your intakes, but once you have the basics down, you can re-learn how to listen to your body and maintain good health (and with that, the physique you want to maintain).
