Adjust the Difficulty slider as needed.
2. Click “Generate Workout”
After a few moments, your workout will appear on the same page.
Download the workout as a text file if desired.
3. Track your progress
Add the workout as a WOD (Workout of the Day) in your P2 App
Or track manually using notes, spreadsheet, log book, or whatever method works best for you!
4. Ask question/Get help
Use the P2 Chatbot for immediate assistance – it was trained to answer just like a P2 coach would!
