AI workout generator: how to guide

1. Fill in the required fields

  • Focus
  • Muscle Group
  • Duration
  • Equipment
  • Adjust the Difficulty slider as needed.

2. Click “Generate Workout”

  • After a few moments, your workout will appear on the same page.
  • Download the workout as a text file if desired.

3. Track your progress

  • Add the workout as a WOD (Workout of the Day) in your P2 App
  • Or track manually using notes, spreadsheet, log book, or whatever method works best for you!

4. Ask question/Get help

  • Use the P2 Chatbot for immediate assistance – it was trained to answer just like a P2 coach would!
  • For more complex queries, reach out to the team through the P2 OnDemand Discord channel or book a consultation call through your Portal!
