Who it's for
The Pregnancy Bundle was created for women who are pregnant, have a baseline of training proficiency, and want to ensure their pregancy is healthy by maintaining their fitness until the baby comes!
Though the programs are built to an “Intermediate” level of advancement, they can easily be scaled up or down, depending on individual needs and preferences!
Duration
This program is meant to be run from the moment you find out you’re pregnant until your due date!
Each program is 5 weeks (including deloads) which means there are 30 weeks of training in the Pregnancy Bundle!

Once the baby is here, your body will be on a new journey! Recovery and training will be just as important, but it’s crucial to ease back in the right way – That’s why we also have the Postpartum bundle, which you can see HERE!
